Message	Swapping out stock cats for test pipes: 30 minutes MAX once a year. Yeah, sounds like a huge hassle. And it's don't assume anything because it makes an ass out of u and me. Yeah, I've heard CA sucks for cops. That happens. Not much you can do there. Stock cats will make the car quieter, but they suck. High flow cats suck too, at least the random tech ones. My HKS cats passed emissions fine here. You can run friggin Disco Potatos with stock cats and have 600 RWHP by 6000RPM with a lag like a tidal wave. But it will be "street legal". There is just no point. I suggest you read up on the forum and do some searching. As GPA noted, asking questions like these are pretty much useless. "...Downpipes own.
